With a background in real estate investment and civil / structural engineering, Anthony leverages his knowledge across industries to structure and deliver modular construction projects for his customers and investors.

Anthony partnered with Keep in November 2024, utilising his expertise to transform the business from mini spaces (granny flats and studios) to modular homes.

Prior to partnering with Keep Modular, Anthony was a private equity investor at Apollo Global Management and before that an investment banking analyst at Moelis. He focused on residential land lot developers, manufactured housing estates, modular developers and alternative housing.

Before his investment roles, Anthony was a civil / structural engineer at Arcadis where he oversaw the delivery of large scale land lot developments owned by Stockland.

Theo has delivered multiple residential and commercial developments. He has overseen the acquisition, design, approval, project management and occupancy of these projects. 
 
Theo partnered with Keep Modular Spaces in November 2024 as he was inspired by Jeremy and Clarissa’s designs and their innovative fully volumetric construction method. When he joined, the company was focused on mini spaces (granny flats, small home offices). His goal is to implement this efficient modular construction method to build large-scale homes and create more affordable housing developments. 
 
Previously, he was a principal and manager at two private high-net-worth family offices that own, develop and manage ~A$3bn of residential and commercial real estate. He was responsible for the strategy and performance of the directors' personal investments.

He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

With 19 years as a photographer and 13 years creating Keep Constructions, she has honed her expertise in branding, client relationships, and interior design. Her previous studies in interior design perfectly complement her leadership role, enabling her to drive the company’s vision with an unparalleled eye for detail and creative flair.

At Keep Modular, Clarissa oversees all design aspects, ensuring every project embodies the high-quality standards and aesthetic excellence the company is known for. Her passion and dedication continue to shape Keep Modular into an industry leader.

Jeremy is the founder and director of Keep Modularr, a leader in prefabricated modular housing, where he specializes in delivering innovative, high-quality, and affordable housing solutions.

He is a licensed builder, having delivered residential projects for over 13 years, completing custom projects and high-quality homes while honing his expertise in design collaboration and project management.

Prior to Keep Modular, Jeremy worked as a project manager in civil construction for Downer Edi for 9 years, overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects and developing efficient systems to manage teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Jeremy holds an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, an Advanced Diploma in Construction, as well as a Certificate IV in Construction and Certificate III in Carpentry. He is also a licensed builder with over 20 years of industry experience.

Jordan has been a key member of the Keep brand for five years, working as a licensed builder with extensive experience in construction. Prior to joining Keep, he worked in the construction industry for another five years, gaining valuable hands-on expertise.

Holding a Certificate III and IV in Carpentry and Construction, Jordan is a strong leader known for his problem-solving skills and excellent communication. His deep industry knowledge and practical approach make him an indispensable part of the Keep team.

Dane is Keep's senior carpenter and a licensed builder with over 10 years of experience, including two years with Keep. Holding Certificates III and IV in Construction and Carpentry, he is a master of his trade with exceptional attention to detail. Dane's deep knowledge of modular building and construction ensures the high-quality standards that Keep is known for. His expertise is integral to the success of every project.

Ernie brings over 45 years of experience in the construction industry to Keep, with a strong background as a qualified and experienced boilermaker. His extensive expertise in civil works and steel fabrication makes him a vital part of our team. Ernie plays a key role in the installation of our modular homes, overseeing site installs and providing practical solutions for challenging blocks. As an experienced machine operator, his skills and knowledge are essential to Keep's success.
